Matrix Professional Services offers training and consultation for Agile methodology.
I interviewed scrum masters at Matrix and gathered reference to develop scripts and visual concepts for addressing the mechanics and value of Agile Development. I then recorded voice over (Pamela Kohn) and created animations.
The Scrum Mechanics animation was created as a first run prior to script development, based on an illustration by Trey Jones. I created a tagline and animation to promote Matrix Professional Services.
